(1888PressRelease) February 25, 2012 - Barrie, ON - After a successful and long standing partnership, full ownership of All Source Security Container USA and All Source Security Container Manufacturing Corporation has been acquired by current General Manager and President of All Source USA, Pete Pancel.

In addition to the complete ownership acquired by Pete Pancel, the company has developed an alliance with Advanced Green Compliance Solutions (www.goagc.com), a business solutions company that will complement the products from All Source USA with solutions for financing, marketing, merchant banking options, and other services. There will be no interruption to sales or delivery of products during the ownership transition.
