Pet Talk with Harrison Forbes at Columbus Toyota Dealership

Columbus, OH (1888PressRelease) August 17, 2011 - On September 3rd, pet owners from around the Columbus area are invited to meet Harrison Forbes, Toyota's National Spokesperson for Pet Safety. As one of the stops on Mr. Forbes Toyota Pet Safety Tour, Germain Toyota will play host to a question and answer session with the pet celebrity from 11 am to 3 pm.

However, this event is not exclusive to humans. Central Ohioans are encouraged to bring their pups to compete in a "best dressed" contest in which the winners will take homes some great prizes including a years' supply of Pedigree dog food provided by Harrison Forbes. In addition to the competition, attendees will also get the opportunity to help out the Franklin County Animal Shelter by making donations or possibly adopting a new furry friend.

Harrison Forbes is a veteran animal behaviorist and dog trainer who has over 20 years experience in his respective fields. As with most talented individuals, Forbes brings a wide variety of experience to the table including being a successful TV/radio personality, bestselling author, pet expert, and dog trainer. Beginning in 1994, Harrison Forbes began hosting his show "Pet Talk" on the 101.5 News Talk FM and in 1996 he received an Excellence in Media Award from the Tennessee Veterinarian Medical Association. This popularity eventually propelled Forbes into television with an adaptation of his radio program as well as the syndication of his "Pet Talk" radio program.

In addition to his above work, Mr. Forbes has also been involved with the training of dogs for police service. He has even trained dogs for the big screen including the 1997 film The Rainmaker and has published a bestselling book called Dog Talk.
