PerfectLum Software Added to SECULIFE Product Range
PerfectLum will be provided in bundle with Gossen Mavo-Spot meter as a part of SECULIFE product range.
- (1888PressRelease) August 29, 2013 - Nuremberg, Germany - With the inclusion of PerfectLum software into the SECULIFE product range, Gossen-Metrawatt, a manufacturer of measurement and testing technology for medicine, integrates a powerful tool for quality assurance of displays in medical diagnostics.
In cooperation with QUBYX, the manufacturer of PerfectLum software, it has been adapted to the meter Mavo-Spot made by Gossen and allows automatic data transfers.
The SECULIFE PerfectLum was developed for medical imaging and offers DICOM calibration, display profiling, acceptance and constancy tests according to current standards of quality in medical imaging, such as DIN-6868-57/157, AAPM and IEC 61223-2 -5 or IEC 62563-1. The software also features a scheduler and test pattern generator. The free server software, which is included, allows remote display control and system maintenance within a medical institution or even within a hospital group.
In conjunction with Gossen Mavo-Spot luminance meter, the user is guided through a complete acceptance or constancy test procedure that uses test patterns. Once all the test steps with automatic data acquisition were performed, and compared with maximum tolerated deviations according to the regulation, a report is created, which can be exported as a PDF. The documentation reflects the statutory required forms and can be presented in the expert examination. Automatic data backup to the server can be set by the user.
The combination of a high-precision measuring instrument with the user-friendly interface of the software offers optimum comfort.
