In addition to continually updated topics from PeopleSurance, users can now create accounts and post topics of concern to them online with answers from insurance professionals.

PeopleSurance also releases an RSS feed with Coverage Matters so that clients, businesses, and the public can get fast access to updated information from PeopleSurance. The expanded functionality comes from a continuing effort to respond to customer requests. PeopleSurance currently allows for live chat as well as email communication on the website. Coverage Matters 2.0 creates a comprehensive communications package for users that prefer to share their thoughts and experiences with others.
