People Insight Research Reveals Few Employees Believe Surveys Bring Real Change

However, People Insight recently researched employee belief in the surveys taking place in their workplace and found that only 50% of employees believe that their employer will respond to the survey's findings. Therefore, more than half of employees asked felt that their opinion is most likely not valued within their workplace.
