Pavilion on 62nd Hosts Party to Commemorate Clubhouse Makeover
Premier Student Housing near University of Florida near completion on a $3 million renovation project and is hosting a party on March 13th, 2014 from 4-7 PM.
- Gainesville, FL (1888PressRelease) March 13, 2014 - The Pavilion on 62nd, a premium student apartment complex near the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, announced today that they are hosting a grand reopening party to commemorate the front clubhouse makeover. The $3,000,000 renovation includes a new patio, upgraded gym, game room, new volleyball court and new leasing space. The party will be hosted in the newly renovated clubhouse on March 13th from 4-7PM and will feature live music from DJ Ruckus.

The March 13th event will feature free food from Zoe's Kitchen, Willy's Mexicana Grill and Tropical Smoothie. The first fifty attendees to arrive will receive a free t-shirt. Additional giveaways include up to $500 in prizes including an autographed University of Florida Basketball, and tickets to the "Orange and Blue debut". All attendees will receive a VIP pass for an exclusive party.
