Dear Sir,

The recent environmental disasters are making everyone understand the effects of actions taken in the course of our technological development. Climate change, the increasingly extreme weather events resulting in the loss of precious human lives are the serious consequences that we are going because we have not acted respecting and preserving the environment. The loss of human lives adds an economic cost to manage the ever-increasing environmental disasters, that inevitably weighs on the pockets of all of us taxpayers and especially threatens the economic future of the affected areas as well as our future generations.

It is necessary to repair the damage of the past and to prevent future errors. Green technology is the only answer to this need.

Our company invests in green technologies since 2002. Through targeted studies, we design effective solutions, ecological and economic, with the specific objective of solving environmental problems in a definitive manner, in full respect of the environment and delicate ecosystems. Each solution is always structured in line with the priorities for action and intervention outlined by the relevant authorities for environmental protection and human health (EPA's Emergency Management Program, NOAA, etc.).

Our country has been hit by numerous environmental catastrophes, including - with regard to those of anthropogenic origin - oil spillage problem helped write a black page in the history of our glorious country.

Thanks to the fact that for years we deal with these problems in all parts of the world (see the book in the annex, pages 3 and 4). We have the economical and permanent solution to the oil spillage problem in the Gulf of Mexico or in any other place. We respectfully request your attention to this problem and the solution that We proposed.

We respectfully request the opportunity to test our technology works and will be the real solution to the Oil Spill in the Gulf of Mexico at No Cost for the well being of our nation.

Our products are designed and created to treat all contaminated environmental media (air, water and soil) with green technologies and green products (see the book in the annex, from page 5 to 7, pages 25 through 38).

We propose to clean the areas, the sand and the vegetation "In Site" with biodegradable chemicals MPCD and biological acceptable products BIOSINFO that are environmentally friendly to accelerate the process of biodegradation (see the book in the annex, pages 16, 40, 41, from page 72 to 74), solution proposed in the letter sent on 6th September 2010.

To do that we need heavy machinery to mix the products with the soil and sand and a lot of hand labor "In Site", this way we solve two problems:

- The Contamination and the unemployment in the area. The machinery is proposed to treat the contaminated residual to leave the place clean and in its original condition.
- Very important is to avoid the necessity to transfer the contaminated material to the chemical landfill.

Consistent as indicated by the Environmental Protection Agency, the MCPD:
- It is an environmentally friendly product with no toxic or harmful substances (see page 8 of the book in the annex);
- It is biodegradable and can be used both at sea and on land because it is not dangerous for living beings and the environment in general (see the test reports "Evaluation of the toxicity of MCPD for sea and aquatic species" and other tests from page 77 to page 142 of the book in the annex);
- It has no negative impact nor alters ecological communities (see "tests for clean Everglades" in Florida, from page 441 to 494 of the book in the annex);
- Degrades permanently hydrocarbons (see the "Remediation Test Reports" from page 298 to 307, from page 329 to page 440; campaign from 495 to page 503, from page 516 to page 536 of the book in the annex);
- It can be used successfully for the treatment of heavy metals (see the "Test Reports on heavy metals in the seawater and soil remediation", from page 308 to page 328, from page 400 to 422 of the book in the annex);
- In combination with special bacteria non-GMO, can be used in complex and difficult cases of serious pollution by ensuring the ultimate resolution of the problems (see from page 516 to page 536 of the book in the annex);
- It can be easily associated to other technologies and/or treatments, minimizing any type of environmental impact. In particular, our company is able to provide a wide range of technologically advanced solutions and ecofriendly, capable of replacing traditional methods of treatment which often cause a significant environmental impact on ecosystems (see Leonardo, BIOSINFO, Organiqua, from page 588 to page 594 of the book in the annex).

The eco-friendliness of MPCD, its effectiveness, its versatility and the ability to integrate with other technologies molecule of our knowledge, the MCPD make a unique product on the market (all the contents of the book in the annex will provide full support to what We said).
