Dallas, TX (1888PressRelease) June 26, 2017 - Paradise/Grupo originally submitted its formal amendment with the State of Florida on June 5, 2017. The amendment formally changed the corporation’s name to Grupo Resilient International, Inc. and announced a forward split. The amendment filed called for a June 25th record date for the stock split, however due to delays in processing the amendment within the Florida Division of Corporations, FINRA has not yet approved the corporate actions. on FINRA who will set the record date for the forward split after processing the corporate action will advise us of the new record date. The transfer agent will then request a new cusip number and FINRA will finalize the processing of the amendment and assign the company its new trading symbol. We anticipate receiving approval of the proposed corporate actions in the next two to three weeks, after which time we will receive a new Cusip, new trading symbol, and our forward stock split will be completed.
