- (1888PressRelease) September 08, 2012 - Las Vegas, NV - Par 4 Golf Management( http://par4golfmanagement.com/ ), the leading golf management company in Las Vegas, welcomes Spanish Trail Country Club as the newest member of the Par 4 family.
Par 3 Landscape & Maintenance, Inc., a sister company of Par 4, has been maintaining golf course conditions at Spanish Trail Country Club since the fall of 2011. Spanish Trail's board members brought Par 3 on board amidst the Club's recent bankruptcy proceedings in an effort to achieve savings on maintenance costs while upholding the elegance and quality standards of the course. Par 3 not only saved the Club money, but also significantly improved course conditions. Within a short period of time members remarked that "playing conditions on the course had never been so good." The Board's decision to hire Par 4 to manage the golf operations in July 2012 creates synergies that will only enhance Par 3's achievements in the course maintenance.
Continuing the legacy of Spanish Trail Country Club as one of the finest, member - owned country clubs in Las Vegas is a priority to Par 4's principals, Paul Jaramillo and Keith Flatt. Both men have lived in the Spanish Trail community and enjoyed membership privileges at the Club.
"We're honored to have been selected as the management team at Spanish Trail Country Club," commented Paul Jaramillo, President and co‐founder of Par 3 Landscape, Par 4 Golf Management and their subsidiaries. "As one of the first members of the Spanish Trail Country Club back in the 80's, I have been a part of the Spanish Trail community for a long time and have a personal interest in seeing the Club flourish. We look forward to bringing our expertise in course maintenance and club operations to the table and playing a role in the success of what will be an exceptional turnaround for the Club."
Spanish Trail is the fourth course to join Par 4's family of managed golf clubs, which includes Primm Valley, Badlands and Silverstone. Each club has seen great improvements in profitability, operational efficiency and have benefited from the company's roots in maintaining exceptional turf conditions in the arid desert southwest.
Maintaining a relaxed country club environment while improving the Club's profitability is among the responsibilities given to Par 4 by the Board. "Our priority is to continue to offer the members an experience that can only be found in a private club. Maintaining pace of play and ensuring members have access to the tee times they want are of the utmost priority," remarked Derrick Hunter, Director of Golf Operations. To meet the revenue goals of the Board, Par 4 will allow some outside play. However, tee times will be limited and available during times which will not interfere with the membership.
The Par 4 management philosophy and attention to detail bring value to the Club that will help increase membership and restore its longstanding reputation as one of the finest country clubs in Las Vegas.
