Paint in The Dark: New experience for New Yorkers
DenArt is bringing an all new event and experience to America, a body painting class with UV paint in the dark.
- New York, NY (1888PressRelease) November 07, 2014 - DenArt is proud to announce their first Paint in the Dark™ UV class. This is the first time in history of bodypainting, art and entertainment industry that an event such as this one is going to be held in NY. The only similar experiences are those that allow people to dine in the dark, but unfortunately its not available in NY.
This experience is available in a group and private classes with UV paint under UV light in darkness. This will allow New Yorkers to explore a new experience with accentuated tactile sensation when you get touched and painted by a brush. The workshops lasts for 2 hours and has a 30 min demo and instructions prior the person entering the dark studio. There are no restrictions and no special art skills required.
The Paint In The Dark Nights will be available through the winter season at DenArt bodypainting studio in a specially equipped space in LIC.
In 2014 DenArt studio held similar event, the most frequent body paint events in the history, a Body Paint Night. Total of 6 Body Paint Nights took place throughout the summer at a Williamsburg venue, one of the most famous art neighborhoods in NY area. The idea of the event was unique that made is success among the general public. The event had brought about 600 ppl who made decision to experience body painting and took their clothes off in a public space and about 100 artists and other talents involved. The event was covered by different media sources. The studio partnered with a popular body paint manufacturer, Mehron company.

November 8th; November 21st and December 12th from 8 to 10pm.
