PHC is a collaboration of Pacific Islander health and fitness professionals fighting obesity in Pacific Islander communities by providing specialized and effective fitness and nutrition programs designed for Pacific Islanders by Pacific Islanders. Don't miss out on the biggest Pacific Islander Fitness Event of the year! PHC will be celebrating its official launch in Sacramento with a full day of fitness excitement and fun-filled entertainment for all ages.
PHC is a Sacramento-based 100% volunteer-based non-profit organization fighting obesity in Pacific Islander communities.
The Launch Party is PHC's biggest event yet! Be there to witness the unveiling of the remarkable final weight-loss results of our first-ever PHC 6-Week Challenge (The Pacific Islander version of "The Biggest Loser" challenge) winners who will receive an astounding makeover.
There will be awesome PHC Lifestyles fitness events for all ages. Try out any one of these sweat dripping, booty lifting, and core strengthening workouts - Bootcamp warm-up by Fujii Fitness, Hot Hula Fitness with live drums, and Muy Thai Boxing with hands-on sparring. Children ages 7 and under can hang out with PHC Fitness for Kids.
Cool down and enjoy the visual treat of the beautiful Polynesian dancers of Faiva 'O Polinisia dance group from San Mateo, CA. Bonus events include lucrative raffle prizes, powerful inspiring testimonies of Pacific Islander individuals sharing their health and fitness success, and many more!
To all Pacific Islanders and Sacramento community: come out, have fun, burn calories, and learn more about fitness and exercise!
