PACC911 and Grooming Tails Host Pet Adopt-A-Thon in Scottsdale
Food, fun and dozens of local animal rescue groups with adoptable pets.
- Phoenix-Mesa, AZ (1888PressRelease) March 13, 2011 - The Phoenix Animal Care Coalition (PACC911) has teamed with the Grooming Tails for the PACC911 and Grooming Tails Pet Adopt-A-Thon scheduled for Sunday, March 13 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Gold Dust Shopping Center, located on Scottsdale Rd. between Gold Dust and Shea Blvd. in Scottsdale.
Dozens animal rescue groups will be on site with family-friendly dogs, cats and critters for adoption. Healing Hearts Spay/Neuter will provide on-site low cost micro-chipping and vaccinations via its mobile vaccine clinic. Animal lovers can also purchase items from the PACC911 gift shop and enter to win several raffle items, with all proceeds benefiting the Emergency Medical Fund (EMF), which provides financial aid to Valley nonprofit animal welfare groups needing assistance with medical costs. Additionally, guests who bring an unopened bag of food can enter to win several raffle items.
