EDM producer Ozwald Bozwald releases new lyric video, "Only One".
- New York, NY (1888PressRelease) August 11, 2015 - Friday, August 7th marked the release of Ozwald Bozwald's lyric video for his new single "Only One." The summertime themed track has already garnered over 16,000 views on YouTube and Facebook combined. A Harlem NYC-based producer, Ozwald has spent the last few months raising money through Indiegogo to fund his latest effort, TRANSFORM, an EP of all EDM tracks.
The 60 day campaign was successful and funded the completion of the EP as well as the first music video. "I feel really blessed to have raised over $12,000 on my Indiegogo campaign," says Ozwald. "It's incredibly motivating and encouraging to have so many people invest their hard earned money into what I'm doing because they believe in me. I'm really grateful."
"Only One" is the first single off of TRANSFORM. The track was mixed by Grammy Award winning engineer Ariel Borujow (Kanye West, T.I., Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, Nicki Minaj) and features guest vocalist Josh O'Connor (Justin Timberlake, Ciara, Mya, Rob Knox).
The song's lyrics were inspired by Ozwald's marriage, one of the many transformations that motivated the EP. "'Only One' is dedicated to my beautiful wife Cortney," says Ozwald. "We recently got hitched so it felt like it was about time to write a song about her! I've always wanted to write a song with that summer/pool party vibe. I think we caught that vibe in 'Only One.'"

Ozwald began his music career as a rapper selling mix-tapes on the streets of NYC. He quickly transitioned into a hip-hop producer, penning songs for top brands including Coca-Cola, Bacardi, Heineken and TV shows such as Workaholics, Fashion Star, Rob and Big, and ESPN College Football.
"Only One" is the first of four songs on TRANSFORM. The title of the EP was inspired by the many life-changing transformations that have occurred in Ozwald's life in recent years. He explains, "TRANSFORM is the only title that seemed appropriate for this EP. The amount of personal growth and transformation that's taken place in my life over the past few years is staggering. I got baptized, became a vegan, got married, completely walked away from the underground poker scene in NYC, and transitioned out of hip-hop into making dance music. Everything I've gone through emotionally, spiritually, and musically has been put into this project."
