Outlook Signature Software Wins MSExchange.org Readers' Choice Award
Exclaimer Wins MSExchange.org Award Four Years In A Row.
- New York, NY (1888PressRelease) March 27, 2013 - Exclaimer's Outlook signature software, Signature Manager, won the MSExchange.org Readers' Choice Award for 'Best Outlook Add-on'. The Exchange signature software and Exchange archiving software provider have won their third award in six months.
The software is for centrally controlling every email signature in an organization. A marketing manager could create an official template and ensure every user's email signature matched that (layout, formatting, images), with contact details auto-completed for each user.
"Basically, instead of having everyone make their own or copy/paste an example template, you could just distribute your official version to everyone's Outlook in a single click," explained Brad Shepard, product executive.
"That means you can add social media links and content, to increase or leverage social activity. Or add a campaign banner to communicate marketing messages. Or just ensure everyone's signature conforms to brand guidelines.
"In effect, it's offering the same control over email signatures, that an organization expects to have over its business cards or letterheads. It makes this a viable corporate communications channel."
The Outlook signature software works with Outlook 2010, Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2003. However, Exclaimer also provides Exchange signature software for Exchange 2013, Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2007.
While the Outlook signature software can control users' Outlook signatures, their Exchange signature software can add signatures to emails sent from an iPhone, iPad, Android phone, BlackBerry or any device.
With products catering for both Exchange signatures and Outlook signatures, Exclaimer can offer a complete solution. Outlook signature software lets users see and select their Outlook signature as they type the message; Exchange signature software ensures their Exchange signature is added to any email that isn't sent from Outlook or Outlook Web.
Signature Manager can provide Office 365 signatures, Google Apps signatures and signatures for other hosted set-ups because it works directly with Outlook. Organizations without an on-premise Exchange server can still use email signature software for Office 365, in the form of Exclaimer Signature Manager.
