Outdoor Hub Names Former Private Equity Executive and Successful Web Entrepreneur as New Chief Operating Officer
Outdoor Hub, the Outdoor Information Engine and leading online media company targeting the outdoor enthusiast, recently hired Hyaat Chaudhary as their new Chief Operating Officer.
- (1888PressRelease) October 07, 2011 - BINGHAM FARMS, Mich. - Chaudhary joins Outdoor Hub after recently building and selling his own Internet retail company. He purchased a number of online retail stores in late 2009 and in less than two years grew revenue by over five times and profit by over seven times. In August 2011 he sold the company to a strategic acquirer based in Wisconsin.
Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, he spent seven years in venture capital and private equity. Chaudhary will utilize his experience in corporate strategy, acquisitions, website design and usability, website optimization, online marketing and search engine optimization to enhance Outdoor Hub's growing presence online.

Chaudhary graduated in the top 5% of his undergraduate class at Emory University in Atlanta and was Valedictorian of his MBA class at the University of Michigan.
