OTT Communications Acquires Cloud Hosting and Managed Services Provider Reliable Networks of Maine, LLC
OTT Communications has acquired Reliable Networks of Maine. This acquisition expands existing services particularly of cloud-based hosting and support services. Reliable Networks will operate as a division of OTT Communications.

(NASDAQ: OTEL), announced today that it has acquired Reliable Networks of Maine, LLC, a provider of cloud-based hosting and managed services. The acquisition expands OTT Communication's existing carrier-grade service offerings to include support for critical VoIP, email, database and industry vertical software applications.
