Osler Bluff Estates, Inc. partner John Perkins says MacPherson is the ideal builder to complete the development by virtue of the company's successful track record since it was established in 1994, of building communities such as the nearby Orchard at Craigleith, which consists of 130 chalets at the base of Craigleith Ski Club.
