Orlando’s newest attraction, housed in 100,000 sq. ft., now at Boardwalk Bowl
Introducing Bowling of the Future.
- Orlando, FL (1888PressRelease) February 11, 2020 - Boardwalk Bowl, Orlando’s premier entertainment center, is bringing the bowling of the future to Central Florida.
Boardwalk Bowl recently upgraded its facility to host the revolutionary Brunswick Sync Experience.
This innovative scoring and management system is changing the way people think of bowling. Guests can enjoy its sleek and stylish scoring consoles, fun interactive and immersive games featuring popular characters, and top-notch customer service capabilities.
“At Boardwalk Bowl, we strive to bring in the latest technology to give our guests entertaining experiences they’ve never had before,” said Keith Baldwin, regional manager of Aloma Bowling Centers. “We also strive to give them the best service. The Sync system allows us to do both.”
Sync offers games and activities to enhance the bowling experience for everyone from kids rolling their first ball to competitive league bowlers. Games range from Rival Rumble, a team competition that takes the top score from each frame to determine the winner of the face off, to myShot and HORSE, where players try to hit a specific pin arrangement. Several of the games, like Creature Feature and EZ Bowling, are targeted to children, allowing players to throw one ball instead of two and simplifying scoring to make the game fun.
There are even fun activities like the beloved Angry Birds, and pinpix, which allows guests to take photos or use images from their mobile device, adding wacky accessories.
It’s not all fun and games with Sync. Customer service has never been better than with the new system. It offers guests instant access to specials and menus. If a ball gets stuck or if a server is needed, Sync allows guests to send messages to the front desk, so their needs are taken care of quickly.
The Sync system also includes several features specifically designed to enhance guests’ experience while at the center. One of the most unique features is Sync Passport. Guests can create a personalized profile to track all bowling activity and get instant access to key performance data. They can then share stats on social media.
Finally, the system features brand new, easy-to-use consoles built for the needs of a modern bowling center. Guests will instantly feel the upgrade when they hit the lanes at Boardwalk Bowl.
Boardwalk Bowl is the only entertainment center in Central Florida using the Brunswick Sync System.
Boardwalk Bowl features over 100,000 square feet of entertainment space. The center has 80 bowling lanes, a large arcade, the Brooklyn South LIVE entertainment venue, a full-service restaurant and bar and billiards tables. Specials and events are held weekly at Boardwalk Bowl, including Fiesta Mondays, trivia on Wednesdays and Thursday Knights college night.
