Robicheau was one of only a few Canadians attending the conference. This annual event gathers professional organizers from across the globe with delegates coming from Brazil, the Netherlands, New Zealand, South Africa, Japan, Australia, the Philippines with Guatemala and Trinidad and Tobago added to the group this year. Attendees discuss everything from business strategy to improving client relations.
