The HPC Registered Chartered Occupational Psychologist of OPC Assessment Ltd has over 20 years' experience of researching and designing selection processes for safety roles across industry sectors, with particular expertise in the individual personality characteristics that lead to safe and unsafe decisions in the workplace.
