(1888PressRelease) July 24, 2014 - Although Naura herself was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, her Moroccan roots become very visible when one realizes - along with English - she speaks French, Arabic, Moroccan and Hindi.

Naura ventured in the world of modelling by propelling herself from another one of her talents - dance. A professional dancer, she wanted to try her hand at modelling, and after performing in many dance shows she began by doing a basic search of modelling agencies within the city of Toronto. One of the first agencies she came across was Orange Model Management, who signed her instantly after meeting with her.

Along with modelling Naura also had designs of being an actress, a field where she hoped she would be able to use her abilities as a dancer and incorporate them within that discipline. Armed with this information, OMM (Orange Model Management) set out on aiding her with the goals by securing her contracts with certain Bollywood productions, one being a picture directed by Deepak Djori. For this particular role she was able to read two pages of Hindi Dialogue in one take. This probably being due to the fact - according to the model herself - "she eats sleeps and breaths Hindi films every day". Not to mention she has a Hindi Teacher which helps in keeping her performances very thorough.

Her acting chops were further illustrated by her role in the film, Roar - Tigers of the Sunderbans, which is scheduled for an August 2014 release - where she plays a female fight commando who has fight action scenes, emphasizing further that she is more than just a pretty face. She also has a small role in the feature Fugly - produced by Akshay Kumar - where she can be seen during the performance of the song "Good In Bed" which will be released on June 13, 2014. The song itself, "Good In Bed", has already been released.

Adding to that she has just finished shooting on another movie, a comedy this time, where she plays an American girl from New York who marries an Indian man and moves to India. You can expect to see this one in late 2014. It should be noted that Naura is sometimes credited under an alternate spelling of her name, "Nora", so be aware of that.

She is clearly someone who is on the rise as she has worked in an ad campaign for Japanese motor Giant, Toyota, which was a commercial she shot alongside Indian Cricket star Virat Kohli in November 2012. And speaking "giant" corporations or entities, Naura also performed in a commercial for the international soap conglomerate, Dove, which was shot in July of 2012 and it ran for over a year and a half.

Along with acting she has piled up modelling and promotional credits such as:

- A print Ad for the Hotel in Hydrabad, Novotel which was booked for their 2014 Spring/Summer campaign

- Becoming the face of Parachute Lotion - a popular brand in Asia and the Middle East - in June 2013 where she was featured in two commercials and was pictured on billboards

- SEA Pearls print ad in Oman

- Summer Fresh Body Wash Commercial

- Homemaker Magazine India Editorial

- DV-Court Bridal, as part of a three month modelling contract in India

The future seems very bright for Naura as she has had a very fruitful 2014, and the year is not even over.
