Open to the public, this special meeting held annually is known to be insightful, powerful and full of inspiration to Southern California's Real Estate Investors.

An expected 200+ attendees will gather to hear the women share what worked and what didn't in the year 2011 in this real estate climate.
With the current economic state, many are looking for new and creative ways to tackle the real estate market. That's why the investCLUB for Women team are excited to present a panel of real women who do real estate in Southern California, not how some guru does it.
Iris Veneracion, founder of investCLUB for Women explains "These ladies (The December 2011 Panel) are in the trenches everyday doing deals. I want our attendees and members to learn from the local experts, enjoy their stories and best of all, ask the questions they really want answered!"
The December Panel features a hand-picked group of 6 active real estate investors. This panel will include Ginger Macias (Wholesaler), Janet French (Residential Flipper), Stacy Kennedy (Commercial Flipper), Angel Bronsgeest (Buy and Holder), Kristi Cirtwell (Residential Flipper) and Yuko McMahon (Private Money Specialist). With such a diverse panel, the attendees of this meeting will get a comprehensive and insightful look into the 2011 real estate year.

These monthly meetings hosted by investCLUB for Women are open to the public and are held in Irvine, California at the South Coast Cultural Center every 3rd Wednesday of the Month at 6:30pm.

The club has also just launched their Los Angeles Branch in Studio City. Los Angeles Meetings are normally held every 3rd Tuesday of the Month at 6:30pm at the Sportsmen's Lodge. This month, there will not be a meeting in Los Angeles, the club has combined the networks for this month's special December Panel meeting.
