Optec is revealed the next generation MXC Multifibers Cable Assemblies.

This solution supports the big data growing evolution, it enables ultra-high connection density which supports up to 64 fibers, each operating at 25Gbps, allowing 1.6 terabytes of data transmission per second.
The newest MXC Connector, developed by Us Conec, is designed for use with Intel® Silicon Photonics technology. Without needs for conducting any physical contact with the ferrule endface, this connector uses a lens in front of the fiber to collimate the light coming out of the fiber results in less impact of debris, is a debris sensitive solution.
MXC Mulitfibers Cable Assemblies feature a smaller connector and adapter footprint. It optimized density by increasing 40% faceplate area and 59% PCB area which drastically saved the space for card edge applications.
