OpenVox Communication Co. Ltd, the manufacturer of best effective asterisk card, released the 24 port analog card AE2410P, with the carrier-grade Octasic DSP hardware echo cancellation.
- (1888PressRelease) August 11, 2010 - OpenVox Communication Co. Ltd, a global provider of open source asterisk telephony hardware and software products, has announced today that the 24 port analog FXO/FXS card AE2410P, with the carrier-grade Octasic DSP hardware echo cancellation, is now available to the Open Source telephony community. This analog card offers flexible scalability for SMB to build their asterisk-based solutions with up to 24-port FXO/FXS interfaces installed in just one single PCI slot.
The AE2410P comes with 32-bit 33MHz PCI and fully PCI 2.3 compliant, compatible with all commercially available motherboards with 5 V or3.3 V PCI busses. It supports 32 bit bus master DMA data exchanges across PCI interface at 132 Mbytes/sec for minimum host processor intervention. The advanced FPGA design enables AE2410P to upgrade its firmware onsite to take advantages of hardware and software improvements when they are available. Moreover, the Octasic DSP echo canceller provides enhanced voice quality with up to 1024 taps/128 ms tail per channel on all 24 channel densities for both FXO and FXS interfaces, with no additional CPU load.
"There has always been a great demand for high analog density cards in the open source telephony market. In order to provide a better choice to our community users, we integrate the Octasic DSP echo canceller to our AE2410P to enable superior voice quality in their telephony solutions." said Lin Miao, the president of OpenVox, "The AE2410P card is our first analog card with hardware echo cancellation and will surely bring high satisfaction to our users in every asterisk implementation as always."
With the interchangeable quad-FXS and quad-FXO modules, AE2410P can eliminate the requirement for separate channel banks or access gateways. By installing with up to 5 of this new card in one server, small and medium businesses can easily benefit from its outstanding voice quality and feature-rich system.
