Openur Is Here To Fight Children's Social Services And Campaign For Fact Based Evidence In UK Courts In Social Servcieces Departments
Opeur are here to fight the bad practices that happen within social services, our aim is to make proper evidence compulsory and to allow people to protect themselves with digital recordings instead of 'minute taking' on paper as these are more than often inaccurate and twisted to suit social workers opinions.
- (1888PressRelease) August 13, 2012 - There are many stories rolling around the internet and indeed in the national newspapers that involve the failings of children's social services, we hear in the news that they seriously let some child down in some way and as a result the child has sadly passed away or has had to be removed from their family.
Openur want to talk about the cases you don't hear about, the ones that are purposely hidden by the family courts and children's departments for what they say the reasons are to protect the children although openur suspects there is a far wider reason for this.
Social services can accuse, make up stories and lie in evidence but no matter how many times they are caught they always seem to get away with it, some of the reasons include that the family courts don't want to have a breach of trust between themselves and social services or that people assume that because social workers are suppose to be professionals that they will conform to being professional and not cover up for each other when serious incidents occur.
social services do not allow a parent accused of anything whether it be right or wrong to defend themselves by making it simpler to be able to prove their own case by allowing digital recordings or any other of 'impossible to fake' evidence to be allowed during contact with social services. Is this a sign that social services have much to hide and they just dont want the facts to be heard? we hear so many cases, officially or unofficially where loving parents have lost their children to social services, not through their own doing but the doing of a social worker who puts their own belief (that has nothing to do with their training) ahead of fact.
There are of course good social workers out there but they are being squeezed so much by paperwork or the need to protect each other that their voices as to the real facts that happens in a children's department are not heard and they end up quitting the job as they would rather quit the job that is suppose to help children rather than cause them any more harm.
We need to stand up as a nation and shout that this is not acceptable, its not right and people are innocent until proven guilty, you cannot run a fair system on the current family court guidelines that its a balance of 'probability' as sometimes the probability is wrong based on unbalanced and unfair reports, openur is here to fight for change, please join us and protect the children being abused by social services.
