Open Road Adventure Rv to open in Orange County
The Buras Group 2012 announced to that Open Road Adventure RV will be opening it's new location in Orange County. It will be a state of the art RV dealership with an affordable fractional ownership program. A Grand opening date is to be announced. renovations are on going.
- (1888PressRelease) September 23, 2012 - Open Road Adventure RV will be the newest business oppertunity of The Buras Group 2012. They are to be located in Rancho Santa Margarita, Ca. The location is off the 241 freeway and is located within that cities auto mall district.
The facility will be 5 acres and have a footprint of 80,000 square feet. It will feature a complete service center and will service all RV makes and models. The only service it will not have is a collision center. That work will be contracted to a local vendor in the area and we are currently working with a few to set this up.
The fractional ownership program will be the main focal point of the facility and it will make owning an RV affordable. The cost will be 2/3's of normal ownership and include everything.
The Grand opening is not yet determined but is expected near the end of the year. There are a lot of renovations and they will be spending over a million dollars to upgrade the facility.
GE Capital will be providing their flooring and EBF has signed on as its operational lender.
