OnPoint Community Credit Union to Host KGW School Supply Drive Celebration on August 15
Supply drive will collect pencils, paper, crayons and other needed supplies for Schoolhouse Supplies.
- Portland-Vancouver, OR-WA (1888PressRelease) August 09, 2011 - OnPoint Community Credit Union, the largest credit union in Oregon, will host a supply drive celebration and school supply collection event to support the 2011 KGW School Supply Drive. The annual Supply Drive collects pencils, paper, crayons and other needed supplies for Schoolhouse Supplies-a local nonprofit organization that serves local classrooms in need by operating a volunteer-run Free Store for Teachers. The celebration will take place at OnPoint's Lloyd Center branch (1720 NE 9th St., Portland) on August 15 from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., and will include complimentary root beer floats and other giveaways.

Each of the 16 OnPoint branches in the Portland and Eugene metro areas will act as a collection site for donations now through September 3.
