UK online wine merchant Turton Wines has become the first wine merchant to import the renowned range of wines from ParaVitalonga. This is the first time the range of boutique wines have been made available in the United Kingdom.

The Vitalonga Estate is a boutique vineyard, located in Ficulle on the upper Orvieto hills, where the western border of Umbria meet Tuscany and Lazio. A land where Umbrian-Tuscany-Lazio vine growing traditions have been meeting since the Etrurian and Roman Empires. Their wines are the greatest expression of Italian oenological production and their quality is recognised by the excellent scores given by experts such as Robert Parker (91/100).

A wine produced from a selection of Merlot and Cabernet grapes, aged for six months in small French oak barriques. The Merlot and Cabernet melt, showing their Umbrian soul, that adds character, charm and magic. There is an international taste, made of elegance and balance. The ruby red colour, the wrapping and spicy perfume, the vanilla on your nose embellishes the fruit.
Colour: pronounced ruby red
Fragrance: red fruit, wrapping and spicy, with herb overtones.
Palate: varietal characteristics, fruity with traces of vanilla and spices, finish is softly persistent.
