As business began to grow, the website received requests they weren’t able to meet. Spas and gyms needed murals that could withstand heat and moisture. Herbik recalls, “After turning down a ton of business, we realized we definitely needed to broaden our wallpaper choices to provide solutions for all our clients' wall mural needs.”
After researching various wallpapers in the industry, they found 3 solutions that seemed to best meet their clients' needs: a matte vinyl wallpaper, an embossed suede wallpaper, and a peel and stick fabric wallpaper.
The matte vinyl wallpaper is most similar to the wallpaper that is found at home improvement stores. It has a smooth flat finish, is tear-resistant, and is highly durable. This is the classic wallpaper used for most wall murals.
The embossed suede wallpaper, as the name implies, has subtle texturing which gives a higher end look. This material is completely synthetic and mildew resistant as well. Embossed suede wallpaper murals work well for spas, gyms, and dance studios.
The peel and stick fabric wallpaper was the third wallpaper selected. It has a low-tack adhesive that allows the murals to be applied to a wall surface, then removed and repositioned up to four times. This is ideal for apartment or dorm living.
All three wallpapers are rated Class A for smoke and flame spread and are suitable for all interior commercial applications.
