Of the 15 companies that were mystery-shopped, Fire Starter Videos ranked:
1st in regard to price (1st being the lowest price and 15th being highest price)
3rd in regard to product quality
2nd in regard to customer service experience
2nd in regard to product knowledge
1st is regard to responsiveness (averaging a stunning 3.5 minutes between making an inquiry online to receiving a call from a live representative)
1st overall in regard to which company respondents would choose if they were in the market
