One Thousand Ocean Sells Two-Story Beach Villa for $3,975,000
With the recent sale of a two-story Beach Villa at One Thousand Ocean, only one new two-story Beach Villa is now available in the iconic condominium building. The residence "lives" like a single-family beach home and has a high degree of privacy.

The residence was sold for $3,975,000.
The Beach Villa offered an optional furniture package by international home furnishings company Roche Bobois (not reflected in the purchase price).
"Because the buyer was so happy with how Roche Bobois had staged the residence, he purchased most of the furnishings, making his move to the building a very easy one," explained Jamie Telchin, president of development for LXR Luxury Resorts & Hotels. "Sales such as this one reaffirm for us that partnering with the right design and/or home furnishings brand allows a buyer to choose the items he or she wants, without necessarily having to purchase a 'furnished model.'"
One Thousand Ocean's Director of Sales Maria Scarola said she had spoken with the buyer, a professional from Virginia, from time to time over nine months before he visited South Florida. When he scheduled that visit, Scarola invited him to an event co-hosted by One Thousand Ocean and Roche Bobois in the Beach Villa. "He was able to see first hand how the Beach Villa 'lives,' its high level of privacy, great traffic flow, and more. He loved the finishes as well as the One Thousand Ocean lifestyle and amenities offered. Being a resident allows him to elect private membership privileges at the nearby Boca Raton Resort & Club and its Boca Beach Club immediately adjacent to One Thousand Ocean," she said. "Within a week, he made an offer and closed shortly after."
Commenting further, Scarola said, "At the time, the buyer was also considering an attractively priced, single-family oceanfront home in Highland Beach, but decided in favor of the Beach Villa at One Thousand Ocean. We're so glad to welcome him as a resident."

Only six of One Thousand Ocean's 52 new condominium residences are now available as Telchin and his team gear up to what they anticipate to be the final selling season for the project. "People realize that real estate markets are stabilizing. At the same time, they see our inventory diminishing and recognize if they want to live in our building, this is the time to buy," Telchin said, noting that the building is now more than 88% sold.
Three of the available units are move-in ready and have optional furniture packages. These include two one-story Residences and the only two-story Beach Villa remaining in the building. Additionally, there are three, customizable, designer-ready Penthouses. Prices are from approximately $3 million to $15 million.
