One Power World Healing Ceremony
The One Power World Healing Ceremony, sponsored by the Spiritual Unity Movement (SUM), will be presented at 6:55 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. Monday, 22 July 2013 at The Onion Historical Landmark, 9550 Haskell Ave. in North Hills (near the I-405 and Nordoff).
- (1888PressRelease) July 22, 2013 - SUM is an all-denominational, non-profit organization dedicated to honoring and celebrating the truth that exists at the heart of all faith traditions. Los Angeles based Singer / Songwriter Daniel Nahmod (pronounced as Nay-mod), is the guest speaker for the month and Daniel's powerful message of peace, love and compassion across all nations, cultures and faiths has found overwhelming acceptance wherever he has performed.
Daniel has performed for nearly all of the world's major religions, including Christian, Catholic, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Jewish, Bahai, Mormon and Unity audiences, and has worked with some of the most influential and brilliant speakers and leaders in the world --including Marianne Williamson, Deepak Chopra, Mark Victor Hansen, Arun Gandhi (grandson of Mahatma Gandhi), Neale Donald Walsch, and Yolanda King (daughter of Martin Luther King Jr.).
Daniel's award-winning CD "WATER" features 11 profound songs written under the timeless influence of a 3-month sabbatical in the red rocks of southern Utah. His "One Power" was declared "an anthem of the new Humanity" by Deepak Chopra. And his beloved, renowned "Sacred Love" prayer songs are known as "hymns for humanity," as they are intended to provide a sacred musical space for people of all faiths and backgrounds. These amazing contemporary hymns, including "When I Pray," "A Word Of Praise" and "Get Ready My Soul," are staples at countless houses of worship the world over.
These monthly World Healing Meditation Ceremonies sponsored by the Spiritual Unity Movement (SUM) are held at or near the time of the full moon to be in harmony with ancient traditions honoring the sacred mother and natural rhythms of the universe. Each and every World Healing Ceremony includes an Honoring the World Religions Ceremony, world-renowned keynote speakers, live inspirational music, guided meditation, deep meditation, world blessing ritual and a 15 minute forum on the theme of the evening conducted by the key note speaker directly following the closing ritual.
There is a $10 suggested donation (or whatever is comfortable) for this event. Because Spiritual Unity Movement is an all-denominational organization, it accepts denominations of all sizes. For more information call toll free 1-855-786-2642 or visit http://spiritualunitymovement.org
