On-Spot Enterprises Korea and On-Spot Enterprises USA as well as associated partners Again Don Quixote listed in that article, are releasing this statement for immediate press consideration.
There seems to have been a misinterpretation of the Korean version of our statement regarding our interest in a future Madonna concert in Korea. We have never released any information stating that we have entered a signed deal with Madonna or Madonna's booking agent regarding a visit or potential concert in South Korea. The information posted in the article 2010/10/31 is corrupt and not accurate. We have expressed a huge interest (internally) in being part of the hosting team bringing Madonna to South Korea for a visit or a concert subject to her availability and the terms to be negotiated with her booking agency. The information about a deal being already signed with On-Spot Enterprises Korea or affiliated companies and information linked to the press are not accurate. We condemn such false information as it is not part of our professional conduct and business ethic. We strongly believe that whosoever has linked this information is trying to damage our reputation and credibility and such action will not be left unpunished.
As a production company, we are fans of Madonna, a worldwide superstar and music icon, and it would be a pleasure to assist in facilitating, in any capacity, a visit of Madonna in South Korea. We are quite certain that such a concert or appearance would be a big success and a great honor for her huge panel of fans in South Korea.
