Oliver Wight Asia Pacific Appoint New Consultant, Rod Hozack
Oliver Wight Asia Pacific are pleased to announce that Ron Hozack is rejoining the consultancy team at Oliver Wight. He brings over 15 years of experience with him and will be based in Australia.
- (1888PressRelease) February 19, 2014 - With 15 years experience in industry and 15 years consulting to match, Rod Hozack, re-joins business improvement specialists, Oliver Wight Asia Pacific, as the organisation expands its operations.
Managing Partner, Mike reed says, "With a wealth of experience in industry and hands-on practise leading many Class A and Integrated Business Planning assignments, we are delighted to have Rod on board the Oliver Wight team."
Working as an Associate for Oliver Wight between 1999-2005, Rod not only delivered many successful change programmes but was also part of the team to develop the 6th edition Class A checklist. Working for large blue-chip organisations, including Abbott Laboratories, British American Tobacco, Caterpillar and Wrigley's; Rod helped these companies on their journey to Class A business excellence.
Coming from a Marketing background, working in the Pharmaceutical industry, where knowledge of demand management and forecasting is essential, Rod's experience also covers strategy development and deployment, product development and production planning and execution.
Rod describes his ethos: "I have always been driven by an intense desire to bring out the best in people, not just in others, but in myself too. Something, which I believe is vital to the success of any change programme."
And he's excited for things to come: "Designing and implementing winning strategies is what I love. Rod has a degree in Physiology, a post-graduate degree in Business, and during his early career worked as an elite athlete.
