- (1888PressRelease) January 13, 2011 - Business improvement specialists, Oliver Wight EAME have experienced a 36% increase in business over the past year and have recruited another consultant to meet this unprecedented level of demand. New partner, Dawn Kynaston, is the fourth new consultant to join the organisation since April last year.
Dawn has over twenty years experience in global Supply Chain and ERP management, and has worked extensively in Europe, the Americas and Asia. She previously worked for speciality chemical manufacturer, Flexsys, where she held a number of senior positions Global IT Manager and Supply Chain Manager. She worked on the company's Oliver Wight Global Class A project and designed the processes for its Integrated Business Planning (advanced S&OP) implementation. More recently, she has worked as an independent consultant, advising on transition services for acquisitions and divestments.
"As an Oliver Wight Associate, I hope to use the experience I have gained over the past twenty years to help clients reach their goals - team work and effective communication, within a culture of trust, are key to the success of any organisation," she says.
Oliver Wight have found they are busier than ever as companies emerge from the recession with the realization they will have to improve performance if they want to meet customer demand as it returns, and be equipped to survive, should there be another downturn.
Oliver Wight CEO, Les Brookes, says: "When conditions were easier, people could cope just by applying more energy; but now they are finding they really do need to improve their processes. We are delighted to have Dawn as a new addition to our team. She has extensive knowledge and a great enthusiasm for business."
