OIST organises a Seminar on Microsoft Technologies & Trends in IT Dept

An expert lecture on Microsoft Technologies & Trends was conducted under Microsoft Student Club of OIST Bhopal. End Quote

(1888PressRelease) February 08, 2017 - The speaker for the talk was Mr. Vivek Malviya, Technical Lead, Microsoft, Bangalore. He is an alumnus of OIST Bhopal, IT Branch; 2011 Batch, pass out.

He briefed the students about various technologies being introduced by Microsoft and their importance in the present scenario. He also elaborated the Microsoft Azure technologies to the students, which leads the current market of IT industries.

He further encouraged the students to actively participate in the activities of Microsoft student club. The students found this seminar very helpful and motivating. It was a very interactive session wherein the students pitched in their queries, to the speaker.

Shri Praveen Thakral, Chairman OGI and Dr. Kavita Burse, Dean Academics OIST, appreciated the Microsoft Student Club activity and informed the students that such club activities will be regularly organized in future.

Prof. Atul Barve, HOD IT and Workshop Coordinator Prof. Pratik Buchke, thanked the speaker, for his interaction with the OIST students.
