Ogden's Own Distillery Announces The Rugs For Next Performance Of "Underground Music Series"
Ogden's Own Distillery, makers of Underground Herbal Spirit, today announced the next band and taping of its "Underground Music Series" TV show and webcast. The Underground Music Series is also available on local Comcast On-Demand.
- (1888PressRelease) February 26, 2011 - OGDEN, UT - Ogden band The Rugs will be performing Thursday, March 3. The show will air on Comcast's channel 17 in Weber and Davis counties. The Rugs are the third band on the show that has featured singer/songwriter Dan Wheldon and the funky sounds of Shaky Trade on past shows.
"It's great to get great local bands on the air and expose them to people who might not catch them out in the bar scene," said Tim Smith of Ogden's Own Distillery. "There's a lot of great talent in the area and we love to support them anyway we can."
The monthly music show presently features Utah musicians and is recorded on a monthly basis at the City Club in Ogden. The show is a joint effort of the Imagination Company, Ogden's Own Distillery, the City Club and Monster Energy Drink.
