Kansas City, MO-KS (1888PressRelease) January 08, 2014 - Vanessa Lerma, a former office manager, business manager and assistant manager of sales, is joining the OffSite Image Management team as a regional sales person for new accounts.

Offsite's primary business is in the field of healthcare with primary emphasis on Rural and Critical Care Hospital radiology services. Lerma has an excellent background in healthcare IT and brings special expertise to the Offsite team. She joins OffSite coming directly from Channelford Associates where she was a marketing consultant. Channelford, based in Westlake Village, Cal., handles the Rural Healthcare Program filing process for more than 80 clients, making it one of the largest consultant groups handling that project. Lerma developed and managed effective marketing programs for small to medium-sized businesses at Channelford.

Lerma was also an assistant manager at two of the top-ranked AT&T stores in the Los Angeles area from 2007 to 2012. She achieved a 33 percent incremental sales gain as part of that leadership team and drove another store to the number one spot in its division, beating out 100 other stores. She is fluent in Spanish, and has a bachelor's degree in psychology from the Inter American University, Puerto Rico. She also has taken graduate level marketing courses.

Technology and social networking are passions of OffSite's new team member. "She thrives under pressure and is a teamwork-oriented manager. A fast learner and a self-starter, Lerma will be a quality addition to the OffSite team," said OffSite owner, Lasha Dalakishvilli.
