Oculus Business Solutions Introduces Customized Online Customer Service and Sales Training Program for Hotels and Businesses
Hospitality employees looking for fun, time-friendly training can now make use of the new Oculus Online Training Program.

Customer service representatives whose schedules do not accommodate onsite training seminars can now benefit from the Oculus Online Training Program, designed to provide customized instructional material at the user's convenience. Current online training consists of on-request and pre-set, company-wide webinars that discuss the topic of the client's choosing. Starting July 2011, for those customers who are unable to make webinar appointments, the Online Training Program is providing custom-made video learning modules and 24-hour Web consultant support to instruct on Oculus' tried and tested sales and marketing strategies.
Be it training in customer service, sales, reservations or revenue management, the Oculus Online Training Program will give participants the flexibility to choose which concepts to receive instruction on and when.

The Oculus Online Training programs will consist of learning videos available 24 hours a day, accompanied by online workbooks. Once a participant completes a training module, they can take a corresponding test to become Oculus certified for a period of one year.
