During the special sales event, Walters will slash prices on single-family and townhouse spec models. At Ocean Acres at Barnegat, the Sherwood, a three-bedroom colonial, will be priced at $232,551. The Hanover, a four-bedroom colonial, will be reduced to $261,675, and the Baybreeze ranch will be marked down to $233,505. Additionally, the LEED-certified Bayberry spec at Whispering Hills will be reduced to $235,249.
