O-matic Software Announces New Release of Event-O-Matic 1.1.6
Event-O-Matic expands event management capabilities of Raiser's Edge Database.

Event-O-Matic is an integrated solution that provides enhanced event participant management for nonprofit organizations using Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge Event Module. The product launched in February and is already helping many organizations streamline their event management processes.

Event-O-Matic is a single view event management system that seamlessly integrates with the Raiser's Edge Event module. It offers a customized view of each event while allowing users to see and edit relevant event data. Users can easily manage all participants, guests, and associated information on a common screen. Bulk updates, advanced sorting and filtering, and real time updating of The Raiser's Edge are all possible in Event-O-Matic. It also enables users to perform global participant changes such as invitee responses or seating assignments, drill down into specific participant or constituent records if needed, and quickly see a dashboard summary of participants, guests, registered, and attended.
Most notable among the new feature is the ability to send bulk email to selected participants with richly formatted email templates and mail-merge field capability. This feature is particularly helpful in notifying guests of location changes, attire, inclement weather, and more. Users could also email invitees who have not yet responded.
The new release further expands functionality with several other key changes. Participants can be added in bulk to a query or individually assigned to seating groups, and default sets can be selected when adding a guest. Customizable guest list reports, summary fields, and filter options have been added. Also included is the new event statistics dashboard and the ability to add sponsors and sponsoring pledges.
