Meet the Speakers:
Matt Berry - Director
Mr. Berry is a Director of HFF at the Houston office and he held the position since 2011. With more than six years of experience in commercial real estate finance and property sales, he has been involved in more than $1 billion of real estate asset sales for major corporate, institutional and entrepreneurial owners. Prior to that, he initiated his career analyzing real estate at CBRE in Houston.

Michael F. Johnson - Associate Director
Mr. Johnson is an Associate Director in the Houston office of HFF with more than five years of experience in commercial real estate. During his tenure with HFF, he has completed in excess of $2.8 billion of real estate transactions. Mr. Johnson joined the firm in August 2011. Prior to joining HFF, he attended the University of Texas, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.

Jazz Hamilton - Vice President
Jazz Hamilton is a First Vice President with the Retail Brokerage Services Group. He was recently ranked among Houston's Top Brokers by CoStar Group based on 2009, 2010 and 2012 retail leasing transaction volume. Jazz joined CBRE in August, 2007 after completing his MBA through the University of Texas. Before joining CBRE, Jazz worked in sales for seven years with The Redstone Group in Houston.
