To receive the Gold Award, NurseWise scored 95 to 99 out of 100 points, earning recognition as part of the top 5% in the nation. Judging criteria included creativity, layout and design, functionality, message effectiveness, production quality and overall appeal. Winning entries, judged by a diverse panel of industry experts, are published in Marketing Healthcare Today magazine.
"The creativity of this year's participating health care marketing professionals exceeded our expectations. The 2015 Aster Awards program contained some of the best and most creative advertising in the world," said Melinda Lucas, Aster Awards Program Coordinator.
My Personal Purpose asked NurseWise co-workers why they do what they do, both personally and professionally, as a way to align personal purpose with company purpose. NurseWise co-workers wrote their personal belief statements on white dry-erase cards and were then photographed holding those cards. The photographs captured were created into a series of six videos that launched NurseWise's celebration of 2014 Nurses' Week. What resulted was a powerful video display of meaningful messages about hope, joy, caring for others and bright futures.
