To commemorate the birth date of Florence Nightingale, every year International Nurses Day is celebrated on 12th of May.

The International Nurses Day Theme 2011 is: Closing the Gap: Increasing Access and Equity
At HCG we recognize the invaluable contribution our nurses make in the treatment and cure of cancer patients.
On the occasion of International Nurses Day, we salute the work of cancer care's untiring frontline and celebrate this day by felicitating the nurses and also conducting series of cultural events. The names of the nurses felicitated are as follows:
