NSD Wins Securities Market Magazine Annual Reports and Corporate Web Sites Award
National Settlement Depository, Russia's biggest settlement depository, announces that its annual report has won the first prize for "Best Design, Idea and Printing of Annual Report" in the Annual Reports and Corporate Web Sites Award.
- (1888PressRelease) November 19, 2010 - MOSCOW - National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, announces that its annual report has won the first prize for "Best Design, Idea and Printing of Annual Report" and Diploma for "Best Information Disclosure for Clients" in the 13th Federal Annual Reports and Corporate Web Sites Award. The Award is organized by Securities Market ("Rynok Tsennykh Bumag") magazine jointly with CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange.
The Federal Annual Reports and Corporate Web Sites Award is intended to help increase information transparency, improve corporate governance practices and raise the investment attractiveness of issuers. In total, over 90 organizations representing various industries such as oil and gas sector, energy power industry, metallurgy, telecommunications, banking sector, took part in the Award this year.
The awards ceremony was held in Moscow on 17 November as a part of the program of the 7th Federal Investment Forum.
