(1888PressRelease) December 21, 2008 - Trout Point Lodge of Nova Scotia announces 2009 dates for the Seafood Cooking School as well as the addition of new hourly classes. The cooking school enters its 10th season with a new weekend program on Mediterranean cooking and shorter classes on smoking & curing seafood and wines & seafood, as well as the previously-offered class on Creole/Cajun approaches to cooking with fish & shellfish.
Seafood Cookery, a 3-day, 2-night program including accommodation, meals, and hands-on culinary instruction will be offered June 19-21, 2009 (Mediterranean Cuisine with an emphasis on seafood), as well as June 26-28, July 3-5 and September 11-13, 2009. The cost in 2009 is $799/person.
