B.S.TOMER has completed his education from C.C.S.University, Meerut in the year of 1993, thereafter continue the scholarship as SRF & RA (under Council of Science and Technology) up to 1995. During Doctorate and thereafter he has published 25 research papers in reputed journals, 5 in international journals (Germany, Russia, Kenya & Bangladesh) and rest 20 in national journals. He has attended several national seminars with research papers presentation. His first job in sugar industry as Officer (Res. & Dev.) in Triveni and after that he joined several reputed group of companies in Uttar Pradesh such as Mawana Sugars, Bajaj Hindusthan, Balrampur Chini Mills, Seksaria Biswan, DCM- Sriram and presently working with WEKSCOL (Rai Group) in Kenya. Author has published one book in Hindi during 2005 namely "GANNA PRASHANOTTARY."

After Graduation he completed ANSI (Sugar Tech) form National Sugar Institute, Kanpur in 1999. His first job in Bajaj Hindusthan Limited, as Trainee Analyst and during service he has received trainings and certificates from BONSUCRO, DNV, SGS,FSSC etc., after that he joined three reputed groups of industries DSCL, Mawana Sugar, Olam Agro India Limited and presently working with West Kenya Sugar Company Limited, Kenya.
