Dr. Pravada Milind Telang is an MBBS graduate from Krishna Medical Sciences. She did her schooling from St. Annes School, Pune. She looks after Dr. Telang's Women's Clinic for past 22 years. She is a practicing Doctor. She also works as a trustee with the Lila Poonawal Foundation which provides financial help to deserving young girls who want to pursue education. She has written articles in various news papers on women health issues and mainly contraception which she believes is the need of the hour. She has done a role in the award winning Marathi Movie 'AARAMBH' that was based on child sexual abuse. She lives in Pune with her husband Dr. Milind Telang, who is a well known gynecologist. She has a son Bhushan and a daughter Janhavi. Both of them are pursuing Medicine. This is her first book.
