    North Coast Community Homes is wholly dedicated to developing and preserving safe, high-quality homes where individuals living with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges can lead lives of dignity, self-expression and connection.

    NCCH works to find the best possible properties in neighborhoods throughout Northeast Ohio that suit and/or can be modified to meet the specific needs of the individuals who will live in the home. Houses are customized to meet the needs of each person. Modifications to the home including; fire safety systems, ramps, lifts, barrier-free showers and more are made to ensure safety, comfort, and maximum independence.

    Remington College offers Construction and Building Maintenance programs at eight campuses in four states, so there are always qualified graduates ready to enter the field and serve residents in North Coast Community Homes communities.

    The Construction and Building Maintenance diploma and degree programs provide hands-on training in servicing, maintaining and operating a variety of equipment commonly found in residential and commercial facilities. Students will also learn how to maintain and repair facility infrastructure and mechanical equipment, such as carpentry, electrical and heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

    The diploma program can be completed in as few as 9 months and the degree program can be completed in as few as 21 months. 2 Upon completion, students receive a diploma or Associate’s Degree in Construction and Building Maintenance.
