    The new menu was created to emphasize the smoked and barbecued entrees that are staples at the Saloon.

    The menu features several types of smoked or barbecued sandwiches accompanied by a side for prices ranging from $7.99 to $8.99. Entrees include pulled pork or chicken dinners, a smoked half-chicken or the Market Street Monster platter - a combination platter featuring pulled pork, chicken, four hickory smoked ribs served with two sides and cornbread. Entrees range in price from $9.99 for the pulled pork or chicken dinner to the Monster Platter for $19.99.

    Market Street Saloon also serves its "outstanding racks" of St. Louis style, hickory smoked pork ribs and hickory smoked jumbo chicken wings with or without sauce. Sauce options include: Kansas City special, Memphis sweet, Orangeburg mustard, mild, hot, "all jacked up" - a special sauce featuring Jack Daniels, or volcano hot.
